It’s rare to find a record with all killers no fillers but somehow Italian artist, producer and sound designer Bottin manages to do it each and every time. He has served up a few of the Artifact offerings before now and the 14th is another gem. ‘Radio Activity’ is all punchy Italo disco with euro vocals, then ‘Toccami Ora’ sets off on waves of nostalgic 80s synth sand brilliantly tinny beats. Leo Mas pops up on ‘Do Be My My’ to help add some exotic flair to the flashes of synth and crispy 80s beats. ‘A Certain Pleasure’ ends things on a more hands in the air and trance-y moment [Juno.uk]

Italian weirdologist Bottin strikes again with another private pressing for Artifact Records. Side A starts off with an edit of a super rare italo-electro utterance, perfect for your breakdancing. A2 is Italian new wave, replete with passionate lyrics and funk guitars. B1 is a collab with balearic legend Leo Mas: Italian freestyle with a hint of new beat, isn’t it? The closing cut is the weirdest of the bunch: trippy strings and & arps, throat singing & ecstatic chanting all around. Hot, hot, hot and limited as a night train on a holiday weekend [Clone.nl]
